What form of payment do you have?
The form of payment accepted is by credit and debit card.

How can I track my order?
After placing the order we will send you an email (check the spam tray) with its confirmation and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it may take 1 day depending on the time difference and on weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order with the link to "See lost" and "track", there you will be directed to the link of the carrier associated with your order.
How can I modify my order?
Once the order has been placed and completed, you will not be able to change the chosen product or the size from your private area. You need to write to us at hola@minimalismbrand.com with the changes you want to make and we will change it manually.
How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse. To do this you must write to hola@minimalismbrand.com with the information of your order and the reason.
How can I find my order number?
When placing your order we have sent you a confirmation email with the order number (please check the spam tray if you have not received it).
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.
What country do you ship to?
We ship to Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands, with an associated extra cost), Europe, South America and almost all over the world. Check delivery times and delivery prices
Can I apply my discount coupon if the price is already reduced?
No. Discounts of all kinds can only be applied to the original price.
Can I apply more than one discount coupon?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.
I can't apply my discount code to the packs?
All packs have the discount code applied to the price. Saving at least 20%.
My discount code has not been applied correctly.
Discount codes can only be applied on single products. The % discount is already included in the pack products.
Do you use leather or animal skin in your products? Are they vegan products?
None of our products have leather. It is leatherette. No animal is to blame that we make our products, right?
Are the clothes unisex?
Yes, all our products are unisex. They don't cut big or small and they don't shrink.
How can I know my size?
Each single product It has a size recommender. You will need to enter your height, weight and physical form. It will recommend the size that best fits you.
Do you have stores where I can see your products? Where can I try on clothes?
The bags are available in 12 Corte Inglés throughout Spain. The clothes and backpacks can be tried in the markets or pop-ups that we carry out. Check our instagram to be informed.
I need an invoice, how do we manage it?
Write to us at hola@minimalismbrand.com with your order number and billing information and we will send it to you in 1-2 days.
I have made a return, how long does it take to return my money?
Once we confirm via email the refund of your order, the money will arrive in a maximum of 10 days, depending on the receiving bank.
