Shipping, delivery times, changes and returns
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
- Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)
- Free shipping from €65 . Orders under €65 have an associated cost of €4.15 to €5.50 depending on the delivery location.

Delivery to the Peninsula between 24-72 hours depending on the type of shipping selected, to the Islands between 3-7 days.
*24-hour shipping available from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be delivered until Tuesday in the Peninsula. -
Canary Islands/DUA . If the order is stopped at Customs, the customer will be responsible for the relevant import costs. If the order is returned due to non-payment of customs duties, the return amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.

- Delivery: Within 72 hours.

- Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden.
- Shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders under €100, the shipping cost is €9.

- International Orders:
- United States of America, Canada, Greenland, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Switzerland and any country that has a customs process for importing.
- Shipping is free for orders over €150. For orders under €150, the cost is €25. If the order involves customs processing, the customer will be responsible for the cost.

Delivery : Between 7 and 21 days depending on the destination country and the customs process.

Size exchanges. What happens if the clothes don't fit me?
Size changes are free for customers in the Peninsula and Portugal. They can be requested within 2-3 days of receiving the order. We have enabled a size recommendation tool for individual products to try to minimize size changes as much as possible and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
*Size changes for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Europe:

Which company will deliver my order?
Spain and Portugal will be delivered with Correos, Correos Express and GLS. Europe with Pdp. Rest of the world depending on the order.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, we will send you an email (check your spam folder) confirming the order and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it can take 1 day taking into account the time difference and weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order with the link to "View lost" and "track", which will direct you to the link of the carrier associated with your order.
Can I return my order? What is the return policy?
Returns: Steps to follow if you want to return your order:
* There is also the option of exchanging the products to be returned for others from the catalogue of the same value.
*The product must have all the original labels, packaging and cardboard. If they are not in perfect condition, the amount will be compensated in the refund.
*Underwear cannot be exchanged (briefs, socks, thong, culotte and bralette). Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
1- Write us an email within 15 days of placing your order to hola@minimalismbrand.com. Explaining the reason and the order number. Don't forget to put RETURN in the subject line.
2- We will send you a code via the email you have provided us with which we will process your incident.
We will provide the customer with a label that must be returned to the Post Office together with the order. The cost of shipping from the Post Office to our warehouse will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
3- If the product is in good condition, we will refund your money or exchange it for another product depending on the type of return.
Warranty: All products have a factory warranty. If the product arrives broken or is broken due to a factory error, it will be replaced as long as the breakage is confirmed to be due to a factory error and not due to use.
