What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

  • Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)
    • free shipping from €65 . Orders under €65 have an associated cost of €4.15 to €5.50 depending on the delivery location.
    • Delivery to the Peninsula between 24-72 hours depending on the type of shipment selected to Islands between 3-7 days.
    • Canary Islands/DUA . If the order is stopped at Customs, the customer will bear the relevant import costs. If the order is returned due to non-payment of customs, the return amount will be subtracted from the order refund.

  • Portugal:
    • free shipping from 65 . Orders less than €65 have an associated cost of €4.50
    • Delivery: Within 72 hours.

  • Europe zone 1:
    • Ceuta, Melilla, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, France - Corsica, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom - Wales, England, United Kingdom - Scotland, Ireland Northern Isles of Man, United Kingdom - Channel Islands, Czech Republic, San Marino, Vatican

    • Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden.
    • Shipping is free for orders over €100. For smaller orders it has a cost of €9.
    • Delivery: between 5-10 days.
      *If there was a customs process, it would be the responsibility of the client.

  • International orders:
    • United States of America, Canada, Greenland, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Switzerland and any country that has a customs process for importation.
    • Shipping is free for orders over €150. For smaller orders it has a cost of €25. If the order involves a customs process, the cost of the order will be borne by the customer.
    • Delivery : Between 7 and 21 days depending on the destination country and the customs process.

Size changes. What happens if the clothes don't fit me?

Size changes are free for the customer in the Peninsula and Portugal. It can be requested within 2-3 days after receiving the order. We have enabled a size recommender on individual products to try to minimize size changes as much as possible and thus reduce CO2 emissions.

*Size changes for Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Europe:

What company will deliver my order?

Spain and Portugal will be delivered with Correos, Correos Express and GLS. Europe with Pdp. Rest of the world depending on the order.

How can I track my order?

After placing the order we will send you an email (check your spam folder) with confirmation of the order and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it can take 1 day taking into account the time difference and weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order with the link to "See lost" and "track", there you will be directed to the link of the carrier associated with your order.

Can I return my order? What is the return policy?

Returns: Steps to follow if you want to return your order:

* There is also the option to change the products to be returned for others from the catalog of the same amount.

*The product must have all original labels, packaging and cartons. If they were not in perfect condition, the amount would be compensated in the refund.

* Underwear cannot be changed (underpants, socks, thong, culottes and bralette). Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing.

1- Write us an email within a maximum of 15 days from placing your order to hola@minimalismbrand.com. Explaining the reason, the order number. Don't forget to put RETURN in the subject line.

2- We will send you a code through the email that you have provided us with which we will process your incident.

We will provide the customer with a label that must be delivered to the Post Office along with the order. The cost of shipping from the Post Office to our warehouse will be borne by the customer, minus the amount to be refunded.

3- If the product is in correct condition, we will proceed to refund your money or exchange it for another product depending on the type of return.

Warranty: All products have a factory warranty. If the product arrives broken or breaks due to a factory error, it will be replaced as long as the breakage is confirmed to be due to a factory failure and not due to use.
