What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

- free shipping from €60 . Orders under €60 have an associated cost of €4.50 to €5.50 depending on the place of delivery.
- Delivery to the Peninsula between 24-72 hours depending on the type of shipment selected to the Islands between 3-7 days.

Size changes. What happens if the clothes don't fit me?
Size changes are free for the customer in the Peninsula and Portugal. Being able to request during the 2-3 days after receiving the order. We have enabled a size recommender for individual products to try to minimize size changes as much as possible and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
What company will deliver my order?
Spain and Portugal will be delivered with MRW. Europe with Pdp. Rest of the world depending on the order.
How can I track my order?
After placing the order we will send you an email (check the spam tray) with the confirmation of the same and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it may take 1 day counting the time difference and on weekends), we will send you an email with the order completed with the link to "See lost" and "track", there it will refer you to the link of the carrier associated with your order.
Can I return my order? What is the return policy?
Returns: Steps to follow if you want to return your order:
* There is also the option of changing the products to be returned for others from the catalog of the same amount.
*The product must have all the original labels, packaging and cartons. If they were not in perfect condition, the amount would be compensated in the refund.
* Underwear cannot be changed (underpants, socks, thong, culotte and bralette). Please, check the size guide well before your purchase.
1- Write us an email with a maximum of 15 days from the completion of your order to email@example.com. Explaining the reason, the order number. Do not forget to put in the subject of the RETURN.
2- We will send you a code through the email that you have provided us with which we will process your incident.
We will provide the client with a label that must be delivered to the Post Office together with the order. The cost of shipping from the Post Office to our warehouse will be borne by the customer, less than the amount to be reimbursed.
3- If the product is in correct condition, we will proceed to refund your money or change to another product depending on the type of return.
