It all started by creating the first shoes for his son and now they invoice 6 million a year, they are six people, they do not have external investment nor do they leverage their supplier orders with lines of credit.
They also don't use Facebook or Instagram to capture traffic, everything comes from their community and their newsletter. An example of how to manage a brand by creating a community and developing a profitable project.
