I am Pepe Martín García , entrepreneur, content creator, speaker and CEO of Minimalism Brand, a clothing and accessories brand manufactured sustainably in Spain and Portugal. For over 10 years I have been dedicated to building businesses and projects that reflect my values.
I decided to start my own business because I wanted to dedicate my time to work that had a purpose, something that made me feel proud every day. For me, creating a business is not just about generating income, but also about building something that has a positive impact on people and the planet. Minimalism is the culmination of that vision: a project that represents who I am and what I want to contribute to the world.
My role at Minimalism Brand:
At Minimalism , I serve as CEO and am responsible for areas such as financing, operations, supplier management, human resources, and purchasing and sales data analysis. All with one clear goal: to maintain a brand that represents what I myself would look for as a consumer.
Minimalism is not only a brand I would buy from for its sustainability and durability, but also because I share its values and way of communicating.
I believe that companies can be a force for change, and every decision we make as a team goes in that direction.
We produce locally in Spain and Portugal, using organic cotton and sustainable materials, because we believe that every step counts. We are committed to transparency, durability and a more conscious consumption model.
Career path:
My path began working in SMEs and large companies such as Telefónica, where I gained experience in management, operations and teamwork. However, after a few years I felt the need to bet on something more personal: projects that aligned with my values and my vision.
Along the way, I have launched and managed several initiatives:
- Muerevacio and Mabui , brands that were great learning experiences and prepared me for what was to come next.
- Be The Client , a web development and content creation agency that helps other brands build their digital presence.
- Minimalism Brand , my most significant project, where we seek to offer sustainable, long-lasting products with a positive impact, prioritizing ethics and responsibility.
Content creator, books and personal brand
Beyond the business world, I am a content creator on platforms such asYouTube and social media . For years, I have shared my experience and learnings about entrepreneurship, sustainability, and business. I am also the host of the Open podcast , where I interview innovative people who are making a difference in their sectors.
Creating content is not only a passion, but also a key tool to strengthen my personal brand, which feeds and complements projects like Minimalism. My philosophy is that the message and values we share can inspire others to make more conscious and responsible choices.
I have also written three books. All of them are aimed at explaining my experience in the world of entrepreneurship and creativity. The latest one, called: “ Everything I wish I had known before being self-employed ” was released less than a year ago and in it I tell my experience as a self-employed person in these 10 years working for myself. With the sole objective of ensuring that people do not make the mistakes I made when I started on the path of entrepreneurship.
