INVESTMENT ROUND, THE JUMP TO 100% REMOTE AND THE MINIMALISM STRATEGY
We are not going to lie to you, it has been a complicated 3 months in which many things have been mixed up. We spend a lot of time financing the company and thus be solvent and able to grow during 2019. This task always takes a lot of energy out of you, but we were very meticulous so that the business and billing would not notice. Even so, we have suffered a significant drop in our conversion rate during the months of February and March, something that has surprised us and that we are already changing and improving in this month of April.
February was the month in which we made the definitive leap to being a 100% remote company . I am traveling through South America, Pepe has been in Israel, Palestine and living between Segovia and Madrid, and we have also incorporated Jesús and Walter into the team. After a month remotely we can confirm that things are working and that we have prepared this moment well.
We have also dedicated a significant percentage of the time to defining the brand's strategy. We did a great job of reflection to answer the what, the why and the how of what we are and will be . This has involved deciding many things, from the next products to the language we want to use. We are VERY excited about what is coming and in a few days all this work will come to light.
We continue to be present at all the fairs and markets that we can. We have been to the Motor Market and the Design Market in Madrid . We are very aware of the affection that you are taking for the brand, we always receive a lot of love when we go out to sell in the markets and all this helps us to intuit what works and what does not work.
We are very proud to be a small team, until a month ago we were two people, today we are four, and to be achieving so many things at the speed we have now. A month atMinimalism is a world, we do not stop doing things with everything becoming clearer and with the goal of providing real value while we grow day by day.
There is an exciting 2019 ahead, this has just begun.
