What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

- free shipping from €60 . Orders less than €60 have an associated cost of €4.50 to €5.50 depending on the place of delivery.
- Delivery to the Peninsula between 24-72 hours depending on the type of shipment selected to the Islands between 3-7 days.

Size changes. What happens if the clothes do not fit me?
Size changes are free for the customer in the Peninsula and Portugal. Being able to request during the 2-3 days after receiving the order. We have enabled a size recommender on individual products to try to minimize size changes and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
What company will deliver the order?
Spain and Portugal will be delivered with MRW. Europe with Pdp. Rest of the world depending on the order.
How can I track my order?
After placing the order we will send you an email (check the spam tray) with its confirmation and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it may take 1 day depending on the time difference and on weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order with the link to "See lost" and "track", there you will be directed to the link of the carrier associated with your order.
Can I return my order? What is the return policy?
Returns: Steps to follow if you want to return your order:
* There is also the option of exchanging the products to be returned for others from the catalog of the same amount.
*The product must have all original labels, packaging and cartons. If they were not in perfect condition, the amount would be compensated in the refund.
*Underwear cannot be changed (underpants, socks, thong, culotte and bralette). Please review the size guide carefully before your purchase.
1- Write us an email with a maximum of 15 days from the completion of your order to email@example.com. Explaining the reason, the order number. Do not forget to put in the subject of the same RETURN.
2- We will send you a code through the email that you have provided us with with which we will process your incident.
The customer must send the order to be returned to our warehouse with the carrier's tracking code, without this code the delivery cannot be confirmed. The cost will be borne by the customer.
3- If the product is in correct conditions, we will proceed to refund the money or change to another product depending on the type of return.
