Shipping, delivery times, changes and returns
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
- Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)
- Free shipping on orders over €65. Orders under €65 have an associated cost of €4.15 to €5.50 depending on the delivery location.

Delivery to the Peninsula takes 24-72 hours depending on the selected shipping type; to the Islands, it takes 3-7 days.
*24-hour shipping available (depending on the time of year) from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be delivered until Tuesday in the Peninsula. -
Canary Islands/DUA. If the order is stopped at Customs, the customer will bear the relevant import costs. If the order is returned due to unpaid customs duties, the return amount will be deducted from the order refund.

- Delivery: Within 72 hours.

- Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden.
- Shipping is free for orders over €100. For smaller orders, there is a €9 charge.

Delivery: within 5-10 days.
*If there is a customs process, it will be borne by the customer.
- International orders:
- United States of America, Canada, Greenland, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Switzerland and any country with a customs import process.
- Shipping is free for orders over €150. For smaller orders, there is a €25 charge. If the order involves a customs process, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Delivery: Between 7 and 21 days depending on the destination country and the customs process.

Size changes. What if the clothing doesn't fit me?
Size changes are free for customers in Peninsula Spain and Portugal. They can be requested within 2-3 days of receiving the order. We have enabled a size recommender on individual products to minimize size changes as much as possible and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
*Size changes for Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Europe:
The customer will send the garments they wish to exchange (the cost will be borne by the customer) and Minimalism will send the correct garments. Write to us at hola@minimalismbrand.com
Which company will deliver my order?
Spain and Portugal orders will be delivered with Correos, Correos Express, and GLS. Europe with Pdp. The rest of the world depending on the order.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, we will send you an email (check your spam folder) with the order confirmation. Once we dispatch it from the warehouse (this is not automatic; it may take 1 day considering time differences and weekends), we will send you an email confirming the order completion with a "View lost" and "Track order" link, which will direct you to the link of the carrier associated with your order.
Can I return my order? What is the return policy?
The right of withdrawal always applies:
The right of withdrawal is the right of a consumer to cancel a purchase contract without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty. This right generally applies for a period of 14 days, counted from the receipt of the product or the formalization of the contract in the case of services.
During these 14 days, you can return the order by following these steps:
* There is also the option to exchange the products to be returned for others from the catalog of the same value.
*The product must have all original tags, packaging, and cardboard. If they are not in perfect condition, the amount will be compensated in the refund.
* Underwear cannot be exchanged (boxers, socks, thongs, briefs, and bralettes). Please carefully review the size guide before your purchase.
1- Send us an email within a maximum of 15 days from the date of your order to hola@minimalismbrand.com, explaining the reason and your order number. Don't forget to put RETURN in the subject line.
2- We will send you a code via the email you provided, which we will use to process your incident.
We will provide the customer with a label that they must hand in at Correos along with the order. The shipping cost from Correos to our warehouse will be borne by the customer and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
3- If the product is in good condition, we will proceed to refund your money or exchange it for another product, depending on the type of return.
Warranty: All products have a manufacturer's warranty. If the product arrives broken or breaks due to a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced, provided the breakage is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault and not due to use.
